Season 1 2008 ~ Currently Underway~

 

 

The SS&A AWVA runs two seasons of hardcourt volleyball per year:

• Season 1:  February - June
• Season 2:  July - November

The competition caters for all levels of volleyball playing skill and experience, with four mixed divisions held over two nights of competition.  In the future, a junior volleyball division may also be included.

 

 

 

COMPETITION DETAILS

 

DIVISION 1:   WEDNESDAY NIGHTS

• Premier division catering for experienced volleyball players.
• Competition held at the Wodonga Sports & Leisure Centre, Hedgerow Court, Wodonga
• Two match timeslots - 90 min match & 15 min warm-up
• • 7:15pm
  • 9:05pm
• Weekly match fee - $6.50(paid at stadium canteen)

 

DIVISIONS 2 - 3:   WEDNESDAY NIGHTS 

• Competition caters for social teams, beginners, and junior volleyballers
• Competition held at Wodonga Sports & Leisure Centre (Hedgerow Crt, Wodonga)
• Two match timeslots - 60 min match & 10 min warm-up
  • 7.00pm
  • 8.10pm
• Weekly match fee - $6.50 adults, $4.00 juniors (paid at stadium counter)

 

 

 

FEES

 

• NSW Volleyball Insurance & Registration
  • Adults = $40/Season 1 
  • Juniors (U19) = $30/year
• Team Registration = $20/team per season
• Compulsory SS&A Club membership (incl. volleyball sporting club membership) = $25/year
